Ipsen US recognizes the contributions of our employees is an essential part of our culture. Recognition comes in many forms, and at Ipsen US we have two formal programs in place. The first enables peer-to-peer recognition, and the second acknowledges those employees who go above and beyond in demonstrating our Values and Behaviors.

Compensation & Performance

Our compensation and benefits policy is based on three key principles:

Our Individual Performance Appraisal Process provides a formal opportunity for dialogue where the employees and managers can discuss the company's objectives and translate those into individual goals that are in line with the company's strategy. 

  • For managers, it is the forum to motivate and encourage team members to achieve their objectives
  • For employees, it is the ideal opportunity to discuss their performance and any difficulties they may have encountered in their work
